Nubian VS Nubian
Nubian Prince and Groundhawk fought together for 8 years, until Nubia, Queen of Thunder, showed up and stopped the enemy. They fought together to protect their people and their bank from robbery, and they are still friends today.
The couple’s 8 year old daughter is the focus of their current argument, as they argue about her. The daughter is seen as a source of pain and anger for the couple, who are trying to work through their differences.
Maya and Nubia are trying to figure out what’s going on. Maya asks if they’re going to get a divorce or not. Nubia Prince says no, but she’s definitely onboard with this.
Maya heads to Groundhawk’s house in order to try and get him back into the fight. She believes that this will fix her parents’ marriage. However, the pair start to get along well and eventually fall in love.
After killing Groundhawk and leaving him in a bloody heap, the pair head home and wind up making love – much to Maya’s annoyance. ..
Maya tells her husband and children that she is filing for divorce. She also announces that she is going to get her pony as a Christmas present. ..
The Episode Review
The latest episode of The Boys: Diabolical showed that sometimes two people just don’t belong together. It’s particularly tough to watch these two bickering and fighting in front of their daughter, who eventually has enough and decides they should break up. ..
This is definitely the right move and staying together solely for the kids is never a good idea. It’s just a shame that Groundhawk happened to be collateral damage for this message to get through to the two Nubians. However, this is a much improved episode over the previous chapter, which seems to be a blip compared to the rest of this series. ..
