The Episode Review

This performance is amazing and I can’t believe how well he played the role. Jackson is a powerhouse of an actor and this episode showcases why. He is almost unrecognisable in this role and he plays a senile old man perfectly. The mannerisms and the ideas are going to resonate with anyone who has witnessed a loved one succumb to the horrific nature of Alzheimer’s.

The story is about a man named Ptolemy Grey who is trying to justify his 6 hour run-time for a story that’s going to be told. We’ve seen this trend in these Apple shows where an overlong run-time is always the Achilles’ heel for this platform.

This is a good start, and it sets up nicely for the season ahead.
