Netflix’s new series, “From Scratch,” is based on the memoir of the same name by Tembi Locke. The show follows the story of Amy (played by Zoe Saldana), a young woman who falls in love with a man with cerebral palsy. Despite their differences, they are determined to build a life together. However, their relationship is challenged from the start by Amy’s family and society at large. Despite these challenges, they continue to love each other and fight for what is right for them. As the series progresses, we see how their relationship evolves and grows stronger. If you’re looking for a heart-wrenching show that will leave you crying in your seat, then “From Scratch” is definitely worth watching! ..

She is from the United States and has always been interested in art, but for most of her life, she has tried to ignore that part of her. The couple soon realize that their dreams are in two different places and Amy will have to leave for L.A. Lino decides to follow her back to the US and pursue his dream to open a restaurant. As expected, it is not easy to adjust and the couple faces some challenges.
The second challenge is their relationship. Lino and Amy have been together for a year and a half, but they are still trying to figure out how to make it work. They have different lifestyles and different values, and their relationship is not easy. There are times when they argue about everything, but ultimately they are both trying to find a way to make it work.

The story follows Tembi and her first husband, who are both struggling with their personal relationships. Tembi is trying to find her place in the world and find a way to move on from the hurt she experienced when her first husband left her. The show is well-paced and never feels rushed. The plot is interesting and the characters are well-drawn. There are a few clichés but they are handled well. The show has a strong sense of atmosphere and it’s easy to follow the story.
From Scratch is an emotional rollercoaster that had us gasping for air amid tears – but it was well worth it! If you are thinking of skipping it, don’t! ..
