My Liberation Notes is a family K-drama, following three siblings and a stranger as they seek to be freed from their complicated lives. The story follows the siblings as they try to find their way in a world that is constantly moving them and their parents. Mr Goo tells Yeom Mi-Jung that he has been living in a world of shadows for years, and that he knows something about the disappearances of people in the city. He says that there is someone who can help Yeom Mi-Jung find out what is happening, and that only he can tell her the truth.
