In the season finale, Jake’s death is still not revealed and the four suspects are joined by Janae, Simon’s best friend. Together, they make up a lie stating that Jake had fled to Mexico. They get rid of Jake’s body by dumping it into the ocean but the game continues as someone has caught wind of their involvement in Jake’s death when they get a message from “Simon” asking them to do as he says or their secret will be out.
