The team was able to find and rescue them before they could be hurt or killed. The team was also able to find out more about the hostage’s situation. They learned that they were being held by a group of terrorists who wanted to use Memorial as a training ground for new members. The team was also able to stop the terrorists from using Memorial as their base of operations.
The Five Days at Memorial series is continuing on Wednesday with the fifth day. This day is dedicated to the victims of the Parkland school shooting. The series has been following the lives of these students and their families since February 14th.
