Will there be a Black Adam 2?

“The first movie was 15 years in the making but we shouldn’t have to wait that long for the sequel,” Harim Garcia, one of the Black Adam producers, said in an interview with Comicbook.com. “This is according to Harim Garcia, one of the Black Adam producers.”

We fully expect Black Adam 2 to happen, but as to when the movie might be released, we cannot say for sure at this stage.

What could Black Adam 2 be about?

In the end of the first movie, Black Adam remains in Kandahq to protect it from the evil beings that threatened it.

In the credit scene, we see that he is told by Amanda Waller, founder of Task Force X, that he must never leave the city. He boasts that nobody can stop him from doing what he wants but then Superman arrives to tell him otherwise.

Could the sequel see Black Adam leave the city and face the wrath of Waller? Could we see a Black Adam Vs Superman movie? We don’t know but in interviews, Harim Garcia has alluded to the possibility of a movie featuring both Black Adam and Superman, so it’s likely that this could one day happen, be they friends or foes. As Henry Cavill recently announced that he would be playing the Man of Steel again, it’s logical to suggest that he might return in the Black Adam sequel.

The sequel is likely to bring back the Justice League and possibly Shazam, as both characters gained their powers from the same circle of wizards. ..

He seemingly sacrificed himself at the end of the first movie but as his character is a bit of a trickster, there is a chance that he might not have died after all. ..
